Text in Latin. Half-leather over decorative paper, spine tooled in gilt with red leather spine label titled in gilt, all edges stained red; marbled endpapers. Leather somewhat dull and rubbed at extremities, otherwise near fine. Sparse, contemporaneous annotation in pen, mainly to first blank page; otherwise text is clean and bright, binding square and tight.

Very attractive type on good laid paper.
