Ditchling, Sussex: S. Dominic's Press, 1921. Pamphlet. 4.125 x 5.75 in. [ii], 13, [5] pp. Stout dark grey printed wrappers, sewn. An essay by ERIC GILL, illustrated by Gill with two wood engravings. Peacock device on cover and title page from an engraving by DESMOND CHUTE. Printed by Gill from Caslon O.F. on Batchelor handmade paper. Very good indeed. Some light toning along the spine. Very light spotting to inside covers. Binding secure, text otherwise clean and bright.

A nice copy overall. 'Listen! In the Isles of Arran they give and are given in marriage. Yet their women are entirely covered by their shawls, and they have crucifixes instead of mirrors in their bedrooms.' GILL 7.
